Dr. Garvey has decided to grow vegetables on the property above the large water garden at Garvey Team Orthodontics. He placed over 80 pots and boxes over the tender transplanted plants, (Peppers, peanuts, tomatoes and squash) due to the late frost. Our crazy weather is due to the climate changes. He plans on selling the produce at the Garvey Decor Consignment shop downstairs to help offset the costs. Our patients can enjoy the fresh produce! He could use some help weeding especially later in the heat of the summer when the weeds thrive. Any patients who want to learn gardening let him know. He will need help on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays. He decided to grow the crops here because the deer, rabbits and bugs devour his garden at home. As stated in the bible it is wise to let the ground go fallow without planting each year out of seven. In this way the bugs in the soil which love to live in the soil till the next years food move away or die without a food source.
